Hokkaido pumpkin is a type of large squash originally from Japan. Hokkaido pumpkin is different than other pumpkins; it has solid, bright orange-red flesh which is very tasty and abundant with nutrients. In comparison to other squash vegetables, Hokkaido contains less water. Hokkaido is immensely enjoyed by all herbivores.
The food comes in the form of sticks which is very handy as the sticks swell quickly are are digested better by shrimp, snails and crabs.
